Job summary

PTCL is seeking a skilled Resource Planning & Sales Support professional to optimize manpower, tools, and budgets for efficient sales operations in a hybrid work environment. You will partner with sales managers, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure the right talent and tools are available to achieve targets.

The role requires 5+ years in resource management or operations, with a strong focus on supporting sales or business operations, and proficiency in Power BI, CRM platforms, and telecom management.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or project management, with a focus on supporting sales or business operations.
• Proficiency with Power BI, CRM platforms, and resource management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and optimize manpower, tools, technology, and budgets to support efficient sales operations and overall business performance.
• Coordinate resource allocations with sales managers to meet targets and ensure coverage.
• Forecast manpower needs based on sales pipeline and workloads, coordinating with HR and other departments.
• Monitor budgets for sales support activities and report on resource utilization and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track resource utilization and drive data-driven decisions.
