Zusammenfassung

HugoBank seeks a hands-on Finance COA Owner to bridge the business and books for a digital bank. You will design the COA across the Core Banking System and Oracle ERP, define accounting rules, and ensure events are correctly reflected in ERP for reporting.

You will deploy and evolve the finance stack as new products and payment rails launch, working closely with Finance, IT and product teams to maintain posting integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• 6–10 years in banking or financial services finance.
• Experience owning a Chart of Accounts in a core banking system.
• Experience with IFRS 9 and SBP regulatory reporting.
• End-to-end core banking/ERP implementation experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Design COA for core banking platform and map to Oracle ERP.
• Own and govern mapping from core banking accounts to ERP natural accounts.
• Author BRD and FSD; drive accounting-impact decisions for interfaces.
• Configure GL-level and report-level parameters; validate core Finance GL reports.
• Lead GL interface development between the core banking system and Oracle Financials.
• Define accounting entries for each transaction event; ensure posting integrity.
• Represent Finance in migrations, open balances, parallel runs; sign-off.
• Maintain the rulebook, COA repository, run-book and data lineage.
• Support month-end/year-end close and regulatory reporting.
