Job summary

SSGC LPG Limited is seeking a senior ERP leader to manage and deliver Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.). The role involves planning, designing and implementing new ERP functionalities to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

You will supervise the ERP lifecycle, drive efficiency, ensure alignment with business goals, and collaborate with departments to finalize recommendations and provide user training on new modules.

Qualifications

• Masters in Commerce, Economics or MBA Finance with at least 14 years of experience.
• Candidate must have at least 04 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead in Oracle ERP Environment.
• Relevant certification will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of Finance related modules, including selection, implementation, installation, testing, customization and maintenance of the enterprise software for Finance.
• Take initiatives to implement new technologies and processes with a view to improve efficiency.
• Ensure ERP Finance modules continue to meet business requirements and are aligned with the company’s objectives and regulations.
• Develop long-term strategic plans regarding ERP for achieving overall business goals.
• Collaborate with user department for applicability and implementation and finalize recommendations for approvals.
• Provide trainings for end users on developed modules and assist in ERP process improvements.
