Careem is seeking a hands-on ERP Head to lead the ERP Department, covering Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, HCM/Payroll, and OIC/OCI integrations. The role demands personal triage, early resolution of tickets, and active team leadership in a fast-growing region.

You will own vendor relationships with Oracle, drive automation and AI initiatives, manage quarterly planning, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People/HR, IT and regional units. Hybrid work setup applies.

Qualifications

Hands-on triage and resolution of Oracle Fusion/OIC issues.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, OCI and HR/payroll processes.
Experience with Oracle-Okta access provisioning and deprovisioning.
Proven people leadership in a technical team and delivery discipline.
Cross-functional collaboration across Finance, People/HR, IT and regional units.

Responsabilités

Lead ERP department across Financials/Procurement, HCM/Payroll, and Integration streams.
Approve team expenses and manage day-to-day people tasks.
Enforce delivery discipline with ticket-based tracking and visibility.
Run knowledge-sharing sessions on Oracle upgrades and automation demos.
Triage tickets and assign to the right engineer; follow up until resolution.
Directly troubleshoot OIC/OCI issues and access problems for employees and partners.
Coordinate with People on lifecycle events affecting ERP access.
Escalate with IT/Security on ERP-related issues.
