Job summary

AXEON is seeking a confident Final Expense Senior Self Closer to own the full sales cycle from first call to closing. You will engage senior clients, explain Final Expense plans clearly, and close policies, earning daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses in addition to high commissions.

This role offers warm leads, no cold calling, and opportunities for fast growth and leadership. The US-hours night shift is supported from an international setup with strong performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Final Expense or US Insurance Self Closer preferred.
• Excellent English communication with a warm, confident tone.
• Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Patience and empathy when engaging senior citizens.
• Understanding of US insurance sales process & compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM and dialer software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with team lead/management.
• Willing to work night shifts (US hours).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle independently as a self closer.
• Call and engage warm leads and senior citizens interested in Final Expense insurance.
• Explain plans, coverage options, premiums and benefits clearly.
• Recommend suitable coverage based on client needs.
• Handle objections with patience and confidence.
• Close sales and complete applications accurately on time.
• Follow up on pending applications and client decisions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Coordinate with Team Lead and internal departments for support and updates.
• Take on other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
