Job summary

Work is seeking a Senior Qualifier to join our sales team across Bahria Phase 4, Phase 7, Gulberg Greens and Lahore Offices. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into confirmed sales and handing over to validators for final verification.

You will work with verifiers and fronters to engage customers, close deals, and ensure documentation is complete for a smooth transition. A walk-in interview window is provided to assess fit and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales closing or high-ticket sales.
• Prior experience in a call center environment is mandatory.
• Experience in Final Expense campaign is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to close deals confidently and handle objections effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
