Job summary

Smollan is seeking a proactive Field Trainer to uplift the capabilities of our nationwide field staff in FMCG Non-Food. You will design and deliver training across classroom, on-ground field, online, and e-learning formats to drive performance.

Responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and collaborating with merchandisers and brand ambassadors to close skill gaps and raise in-market effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in FMCG Non-Food is required.
• Proven experience in classroom, online & E-Learning and on-ground field training.
