Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.

• Support field activities, including product demonstrations and farm visits.
• Help in tracking and ensuring product visibility and shelf availability.
• Assist in market surveys and sales reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in daily tasks.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for planning).
