Job summary

Roche in Faisalabad is seeking a Partner Customer Care Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair advanced laboratory instruments. You will drive on-site installations, deliver urgent repairs, and provide expert troubleshooting while supporting pre- and post-sales services.

You should hold a Biomedical or Electronics engineering degree from a Pakistani university, be fluent in English and Urdu, and be willing to travel and work flexible hours to sustain instrument performance in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electronics engineering from a recognized university in Pakistan.
Hands-on experience with laboratory or hospital instruments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site installations and handle urgent repair projects.
Advise customers on use and maintenance of instruments to ensure access to technical insights.
Perform on-site and remote phone support for troubleshooting and servicing.
Conduct preventive maintenance following defined standards.
Decontaminate, pack, and return instruments/parts per procedures.
Travel as needed and work flexible hours.
