Job summary

Roche Pakistan is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers with hands-on technical service and installation of diagnostic instruments. The role covers pre- and post-sales activities, on-site installations, urgent repairs, and training at customer sites in Faisalabad and surrounding areas.

You will provide on-site and remote support, ensure equipment is properly maintained, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biomedical or Electronics engineering from a Pakistani university.
• Hands-on experience with instruments used in research or clinical/hospital labs.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willing to travel and work irregular hours when needed.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and services to customers.
• Drive on-site installations and urgent repair projects.
• Advise customers on instrument use and maintenance.
• Install instruments at customer sites and provide training.
• Offer on-site and remote phone support for troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
