Job summary

Roche in Faisalabad is seeking a Partner Customer Care Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair advanced laboratory instruments. You will drive on-site installations, deliver urgent repairs, and provide expert troubleshooting while supporting pre- and post-sales services.

You should hold a Biomedical or Electronics engineering degree from a Pakistani university, be fluent in English and Urdu, and be willing to travel and work flexible hours to sustain instrument performance in

• Perform on-site and remote phone support for troubleshooting and servicing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance following defined standards.
• Decontaminate, pack, and return instruments/parts per procedures.
