Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Faisalabad, Pakistan, to install, service and train customers on advanced diagnostic instruments. You will support pre- and post-sale activities, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance and customers stay productive.

Ideal candidates hold a Biomedical or Electronics engineering degree with hands-on lab instrument experience, are fluent in English and Urdu, and are willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with Biomedical or Electronics specialization.
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments in research or clinical settings.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours when required.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and field service to ensure customer success.
• Lead on-site installations and urgent repair projects with swift resolutions.
• Advise customers on best use and maintenance of instruments.
• Install instruments at customer sites and train users on proper operation.
• Offer on-site and remote support for troubleshooting and servicing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and handle instrument decontamination and return.
