Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Pakistan is implementing a 6.5-month Protection project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Protection Case Management Supervisor will lead delivery, ensure quality, and coordinate with Legal Aid Officers, Community Mobilizers, and MEAL teams to strengthen legal services and community protection mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Must apply Global Protection Case management guidelines, SOPs and survivor-centred principles throughout the case cycle.
• Strong supervisory skills for field case workers in multiple districts.
• Ability to coordinate with legal aid, health, psychosocial support and livelihoods services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor protection case workers across all project districts to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular case review meetings and manage caseloads for effective attention.
• Review case files and action plans for accuracy and timeliness; provide coaching.
• Ensure protection cases receive timely, rights-based support and maintain confidentiality.
• Apply Do No Harm principles across all case management activities; safeguard client dignity and safety.
• Conduct post-service interviews and audits to assess impact and share learnings.
