Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Protection Manager based in Peshawar to oversee the IOM protection project across five districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This on-site role requires frequent travel to project districts to support field implementation and ensure quality results.

You will lead day-to-day supervision, budget management, data handling, and stakeholder engagement with donors, government actors, UN agencies, and protection partners to maintain strong protection

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project cycle from planning to close-out and monitor budgets.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with partners to report progress.
• Ensure data quality for the Case Management Database and MEAL reporting.
• Represent IRC in protection-related working groups at district and provincial levels.
