Qualifikationen

• Completed bachelor’s degree; business degrees preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service or banking is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must currently live in, and be able to work daily in, the job location.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable with daily field work.

Aufgaben

• Identify and visit prospective customers, including businesses, shopkeepers and individuals in the branch’s catchment area
• Bring in new deposits and grow the branch’s customer base
• Open accounts and complete the related documentation
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships
• Achieve the monthly deposit target
• Represent Mobilink Microfinance Bank professionally in the local market
• Around 50% of working time is spent in the field on daily visits to markets, businesses and customers
• The remaining time is spent at the branch on follow-ups, account opening and paperwork
• Minimum monthly target of PKR 4 million in maintained deposits
