Zuria Dor in Lahore is seeking a client services professional with 1-2 years of luxury fashion experience to join our customer engagement team. You will deliver personalised service, share product knowledge, and support sales initiatives across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, design, and operations to elevate the client journey, resolve inquiries, and help strengthen the brand reputation. The role requires adaptability and evening/weekend availability.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in client services, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Shopify systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering client-centric service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Able to adapt to frequent changes and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
