SPERTON - Where Great People Meet in Lahore invites experienced luxury fashion sales consultants to join our premium bridal studio. You will transform studio visits into memorable experiences, guide clients through bridal and formal wear selections, and close orders with confidence.

Ideal candidates bring strong knowledge of bridal styling, dupatta draping, and fluency in Urdu and English, along with a polished, client-focused approach in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, premium, or designer fashion retail is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of bridal styling and dupatta draping.
• Excellent Urdu and English communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in clients with premium hospitality and service.
• Understand client requirements, budget, date, and style.
• Recommend and present bridal and formal wear collections.
• Drive sales with effective pitching, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing.
• Take measurements and record customizations on order forms.
• Ensure dresses are steamed, tagged, and presented.
• Maintain neat studio and daily walk-in records.
• Coordinate with Head Office and Production on timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, budget, event date, and style preferences.
• Recommend and present suitable bridal and formal wear collections.
• Drive sales through effective pitching, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve daily and monthly walk-in sales targets.
• Manage bridal and formal wear trials, including dupatta draping and styling assistance.
• Take accurate measurements and record customizations on order forms.
• Ensure careful handling and presentation of luxury garments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fragrant, and visually appealing studio.
• Ensure dresses are steamed, tagged, and arranged correctly.
• Maintain daily walk-in records and track closed/lost clients with reasons.
• Share weekly feedback on customer preferences and in-demand designs.
• Coordinate with Head Office and Production regarding order and delivery timelines.
