• Source fabrics, embellishments, and materials for customized outfits.
• Stay updated on Pakistani fashion trends and market pricing.
• Negotiate with vendors to maintain quality and value.
• Conduct quality inspections before shipment.
• Coordinate alterations and order completion as required.
• Package orders per Shoperts standards and dispatch them.
• Maintain communication with Client Consultant on sourcing updates.
• Resolve sourcing challenges by identifying suitable alternatives when needed.

Through our consultant‑led service model, we connect customers around the world with local fashion experts who source, customize, and deliver authentic Pakistani fashion with confidence. Our mission is to make Pakistani fashion more accessible globally by combining local expertise with exceptional customer service.

Role Overview

As a Fashion Consultant, you will be our on‑the‑ground fashion expert responsible for bringing our customers' vision to life. This role combines fashion knowledge, sourcing expertise, market research, quality assurance, and vendor coordination. You'll work closely with our Client Consultants to ensure every order meets our quality standards before being shipped internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process assigned customer orders through the Shoperts platform.

Source ready‑to‑wear clothing, footwear, accessories, and jewelry from local brands and markets.

Coordinate with local designers and tailors for bespoke and custom‑made orders.

Source fabrics, embellishments, and materials required for customized outfits.

Stay up to date on Pakistani fashion trends, seasonal collections, designer launches, and market pricing.

Negotiate with vendors to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.

Conduct detailed quality inspections before approving products for shipment.

Coordinate alterations, finishing touches, and order completion where required.

Package orders according to Shoperts quality standards and prepare them for dispatch.

Deliver completed orders to the designated Shoperts dispatch location.

Maintain regular communication with the Client Consultant regarding sourcing updates, timelines, stock availability, and any customer requests.

Resolve sourcing challenges by identifying suitable alternatives when necessary.

Requirements

Reliable personal transportation is mandatory for market visits and vendor coordination.

Previous experience in fashion retail, personal shopping, sourcing, merchandising, styling, or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of Pakistani fashion brands, designers, fabrics, tailoring, and local markets.

Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently while managing multiple customer orders.

Proficiency in both English and Urdu.

Comfortable using smartphones, online platforms, and digital communication tools.
