Job Purpose

The Section Officer – Fashion Goods & Accessories is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the assigned fashion and accessories section, ensuring optimal product display, stock availability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fashion Goods & Accessories section, including apparel, accessories, footwear, or related categories.
• Ensure proper merchandise display, visual merchandising standards, and planogram compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and coordinate with the back-end team to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Supervise, guide, and train section staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain section cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure accurate price tagging, barcoding, and promotional execution.
• Monitor shrinkage, pilferage, and report discrepancies to management.
