Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Management professional to support building operations and maintenance across campuses. You will supervise soft services, coordinate vendors, respond to client inquiries, and prepare inspections and reports.

The role includes budget support, asset management, and ensuring safety across the site. Strong communication and work order system experience are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates maintenance and repair work by technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Supervises soft service staff and manages day-to-day responsibilities.
• Responds to client inquiries and ensures timely, quality service delivery.
• Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports.
• Manages move, add and change activities as needed.
• Assists in budgeting and CAPEX/OPEX proposals.
• Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures; handles invoices and cost center coding.
• Reviews financial reports and collaborates with finance to correct errors.
• Maintains safety and asset life-cycle records and coordintates with client for emergencies.
