Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our building and grounds. The role requires strong leadership and advanced mechanical skills to manage budgets and timelines.

You will delegate tasks, perform or supervise routine maintenance, and coordinate with vendors. The position is office-based with an emphasis on proactive facilities planning and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in facilities management preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision.
• Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills; troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building systems incl electrical.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership and problem-solving with team motivation.
• Effective communication with vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members to ensure quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and address issues promptly.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Comply with health and safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Support maintenance work, including hands-on technical tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services.
• Maintain records of maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
