Job summary

HRSI in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist to manage commercial invoices, packing lists and proforma invoices for rice exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will handle Form-E issuance and WeBOC processing, coordinate with banks for LC/CAD documentation, draft Bills of Lading, arrange origin certificates, and liaise with shipping lines while maintaining export records.

Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential to ensure SBP export

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain.
• 1–3 years' export documentation experience (rice export preferred).
• Strong knowledge of LC, CAD and banking procedures.
• Familiarity with WeBOC system.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
