BPO Impact in Lahore is seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives for our US B2B Construction Services Campaign. This on-site role requires calling US-based prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments.

You will work with contractors and builders, earn a competitive fixed salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, and join a process-driven team with clear KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years SDR/BDE or outbound sales experience.
• Experience with US-based or international campaigns.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and identify opportunities.
• Qualify leads and book sales appointments with decision-makers.
• Handle objections and move conversations forward to close meetings.
• Follow up via calls and emails; maintain CRM records and activity logs.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Maintain clean prospect data and accurate pipeline records.
