Job summary

BPO Impact is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative for our US B2B construction services campaign. You will open conversations with architects, engineers and contractors, uncover real project needs and turn them into qualified opportunities and sales.

This quota-driven, on-site role in Township, Lahore offers a fixed monthly salary plus 6% commission on qualifying closed sales and performance bonuses. Night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday, weekends off.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales or international sales.
• Excellent spoken English with professional US client communication.
• Consultative selling style with strong listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to engage with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Willingness for fixed night shift and on-site work in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Open conversations with architects, engineers and contractors to uncover needs and qualify opportunities.
• Present services in clear business terms and handle objections.
• Book qualified appointments and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team improvements.
