• Job Posting & Advertising Create, publish, and manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Candidate Sourcing Identify and engage potential candidates through recruitment databases, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing Review applications and resumes, conduct initial screening calls/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for the next stage.
• Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Recruitment Support Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
