Job summary

Interwood Mobel in Lahore is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Sales KDW to drive sales for kitchens, doors and wardrobes. You will engage with customers, promote our products, and manage the sales process from initial contact to final sign-off.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and 1-3 years of sales experience in retail or home goods. Strong communication, presentation, and ability to read technical drawings/BOQs are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage an audience.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate them into customer solutions (no 3D/IMOS creation required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the kitchens, Doors and Wardrobes.
• Engage and educate customers about product features and benefits, providing personalised service to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
• Lead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report; maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and meet monthly targets.
• Review quotations/drawings prepared by Technical/Design, ensure accuracy against customer requirements, and secure client sign-offs per SOP.
• Ensure KDW displays are updated, clean, and in working condition; elevate fixes as required.
• Follow all KDW & Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.
