Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Retail Sales (KDW) to drive sales growth across Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes. You will lead the retail sales team, manage customer relationships, and ensure targets are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coordinate with Design, Technical, Production, and Installation teams to ensure timely order execution and compliance with SOPs, pricing, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or home goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate them into customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive KDW retail sales to achieve monthly and annual targets across Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes.
• Supervise and guide the retail sales team to achieve targets, productivity, and service standards.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from customer engagement and site measurement to quotation, order closure, and execution coordination.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, KDW Opportunity Matrix, conversion, follow-ups, and performance.
• Review quotations, drawings, and proposals for accuracy and commercial alignment with SOPs.
• Build strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Production, Installation and other teams for timely order execution.
• Ensure compliance with KDW/Retail SOPs, pricing policies, documentation standards, and service SLAs.

The role will be responsible for leading the retail sales team, managing customer relationships, driving sales conversions, and ensuring achievement of business targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive KDW retail sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes.
• Supervise and guide the retail sales team, ensuring achievement of individual/team targets, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from customer engagement and site measurement to quotation, order closure, and execution coordination.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, KDW Opportunity Matrix, conversion, follow-ups, and performance, identifying opportunities and corrective actions.
• Review quotations, drawings, and proposals to ensure accuracy, customer requirements, commercial alignment, and compliance with SOPs.
• Build strong customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Production, Installation, and other teams to ensure timely and smooth order execution.
• Ensure compliance with KDW/Retail SOPs, pricing policies, documentation standards, and service SLAs, while identifying opportunities for upselling, repeat business, and growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or home goods sectors.

Skills & Abilities:
