Job summary

Technosys is seeking an ERP & Business Solutions Sales Executive to drive growth for Technosys Business Expert ERP and related solutions in Pakistan's Punjab region. You will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and convert qualified opportunities into successful deals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B software or ERP sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to translate client needs into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years in B2B software, ERP, technology or solution sales; fresh grads with strong sales aptitude may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation, presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Understanding of business processes and translating client requirements into solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and manage multiple opportunities.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify and engage potential B2B clients via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and field engagement.
• Client Engagement & Pitching: communicate Technosys solutions to business owners, managers and key decision-makers.
• Product Demonstrations: tailor ERP and business solution demos to client processes and requirements.
• Proposal & Deal Closure: prepare proposals, negotiate terms and drive opportunities to closure.
• Account Management: maintain relationships, identify upsell opportunities and referrals.
• Sales Pipeline Management: track leads, opportunities, follow-ups and deal progress in CRM.
• Sales Reporting: keep daily activity records and provide updates on pipeline performance and targets.
