Job summary

Technosys in Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a Functional Consultant to support ERP implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Business Expert ERP.

The role requires understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into practical ERP solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Travel to client sites may be required.

You will work with cross-functional teams, conduct UAT, provide end-user training, and prepare functional documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, software support, or business process management.
• Good understanding of business operations across retail, inventory, procurement, sales, finance, or HR processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, POS solutions, or business management software.

Responsibilities

• Understand client processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and identify gaps between processes and ERP functionality.
• Configure and support ERP modules (POS, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Supply Chain, Accounts & Finance, Production, HRIS, CRM).
• Assist in ERP implementation, data validation, and go-live activities.
• Conduct functional testing, QA, and UAT to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with dev and tech teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Provide ERP demonstrations, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, workflows, and SOPs.
