You will manage the full sales cycle, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Design, Costing, Production and Operations to deliver projects on time, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BBA in Marketing, Sales Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients and stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
• Support lead generation and manage existing client relationships.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and handover.
• Coordinate with Design, Costing, Production, SCM, and Site teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and market trends.
• Analyze project costing, margins, and timelines for decisions.
• Work with Operations to translate commitments into execution.
• Handle queries professionally and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare reports and presentations for sales reviews.
• Progress toward independent client handling and business development.
