Zong 5G in Pakistan is seeking an Executive for Enterprise Solutions & Service Operations to support the Corporate Business Support team. The role focuses on understanding client requirements and preparing end-to-end FTTH solutions while assisting in technical proposals and documentation.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years’ experience in enterprise/corporate solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support enterprise customers from the Fixed and Enterprise domain in CCTV/Video Surveillance product lifecycle management.
• Assist in feasibility assessment and solution design for IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, storage, display/monitoring systems, and network connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors, regional teams, Network, Product, Operations, and Sales for technical feasibility, site requirements, equipment selection, and implementation support.
• Provide technical inputs for RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, proposals, solution documents, and customer presentations related to CCTV and FWA solutions.
• Support vendor meetings, technical discussions, demos, and basic proof-of-concept (PoC) activities for solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, customer requirements, site information, solution records, and implementation details.
• Support evaluation of new CCTV, VMS, storage, and enterprise security technologies for corporate customers.
• Assist in resolving technical and vendor-related issues during presales and implementation stages.
