Job summary

Zong 5G is seeking a Regional Solutions Lead to drive regional solutions development, pre-sales support, and delivery coordination by collaborating with Sales, HQ Product Owner, Engineering, NOMC, and OEM partners.

You will lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, and program execution from concept to handover, ensuring commercial viability, technical compliance, and alignment with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in regional solutions, pre-sales, or delivery coordination.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with regional sales to develop pursuit strategies and bid timelines.
• Lead solution design, BoQ/BoM, SoW, and pricing inputs with HQ/Product Owner.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities with DICT, OEMs, and partners.
• Track project plans, milestones, and scope changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices to improve proposals and delivery.
• Analyze RFPs and develop compliance matrices to ensure timely submissions.
