Centric in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Pre-Sales Director to lead the technical and solution side of major pursuits. You will engage Fortune 500 operators and government entities, turning CIO problems into defensible, working prototypes and winning proposals.

You will spin up AI agents, wire Microsoft Fabric to real data, and demonstrate a future in days, not quarters. Bring 10+ years of enterprise tech presales and a track record of building trust with enterprise buyers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in presales, solution architecture or technical consulting for enterprise technology.
• Experience selling to and designing for large organizations with complex stakeholders.
• Hands-on across the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics or the Microsoft data stack.

Responsabilités

• Win enterprise deals by leading the technical and solution side from discovery to signed contract.
• Run discovery with C-suite and IT leaders, map processes and data to a defensible solution.
• Architect Microsoft solutions across Fabric, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI and Copilot for delivery teams.
• Build proof, fast using AI agents, agentic loops and automation to stand up working prototypes.
• Own RFPs and proposals end-to-end: design, effort estimates, pricing inputs, risk and compliance.
• Present with authority to US and GCC clients, in person or via video.
• Build reusable blueprints, demos and AI workflows to accelerate future pursuits.
• Lead and grow Karachi-based solution consultants and architects.
• Close the loop with delivery by handing over clean scopes and feeding lessons back.
