Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; EMR/EHR training or implementation experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of physician billing, clinical, and operational workflows for inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Associate will support implementation projects by assisting senior implementation staff, developing expertise in CureMD’s full suite of products and services, delivering workflow-specific end-user training, and helping ensure successful client onboarding.
