Velorexa Academy, an international online English language school based in Karachi, is seeking a Sales Representative to connect prospective learners with practical English programs and guide them from inquiry to enrollment.

You will identify learner goals, explain course benefits, present suitable options, follow up diligently, and strive to meet enrollment targets while delivering a learner-friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written communication skills, with professional and courteous conversation style.
• Ability to identify customer needs, explain course benefits clearly, and recommend a suitable learning option.
• Confident consultative selling, objection handling, follow-up, and enrollment conversion skills.
• Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective learners from different backgrounds.
• Reliable organization, time management, attention to detail, and consistency in tracking prospect interactions.
• Self-motivation and a target-focused approach balanced with helpful, honest guidance.
• Interest in English learning and education; familiarity with online courses or language programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective learners and explain relevant programs, lesson formats, and enrollment steps.
• Ask questions to understand each learner’s English goals, experience, schedule, and preferred learning outcomes.
• Recommend suitable courses, including options focused on beginner English, everyday communication, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
• Follow up with prospective students, address questions or concerns, and maintain clear records of interactions and sales progress.
• Work toward agreed sales and enrollment targets while delivering a helpful, learner-focused experience.
• Share recurring prospect feedback and market insights with the team to improve outreach and program presentation.
