Job summary

LONGi Solar seeks a Technical Solution Manager (Energy Storage) in Pakistan to lead technical solution design and support for energy storage projects, including C&I, utility-scale, and grid-side applications. You will collaborate with sales, customers, grid operators, and EPCs to deliver competitive, compliant storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, HV Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the energy storage industry.
• Strong knowledge of energy storage primary/secondary electrical design, protection, grid codes, and SCADA/communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for energy storage projects across C&I, grid-side, and utility-scale applications.
• Conduct site surveys, grid connection assessments, and technical risk evaluations (e.g., weak grid, short-circuit capacity, grid code compliance).
• Perform system sizing, electrical topology design, and simulation analysis for applications like peak shaving and frequency regulation.
• Prepare technical proposals, deviation tables, and bidding documents; support technical negotiations with customers and grid operators.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, supply chain, engineering, and cost teams to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions and smooth project handover.
• Track regional storage policies, grid codes, and competitor activities; develop standardized solution templates and provide technical training to sales teams.
