Job summary
LONGi Solar in Pakistan seeks a Technical Solution Manager (Energy Storage) to lead technical solution design and support for energy storage projects across C&I, utility-scale and grid-side applications. You will collaborate with sales, customers, grid operators and EPCs to deliver competitive, compliant storage solutions.
You will evaluate site surveys, grid connection, risk, and perform system sizing and protection design, while coordinating with product, R&D, supply chain, and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in energy storage industry.
- Experience with C&I and/or utility-scale storage is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of design, protection, and grid compliance.
- Experience with PSCAD/ETAP is a plus.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for energy storage projects across C&I, grid-side, and utility-scale.
- Conduct site surveys, grid connection assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Perform system sizing, topology design, and simulation analysis.
- Prepare technical proposals, deviations, and bidding documents; support negotiations.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, supply chain, and engineering teams; handover to execution.
- Track regional policies and grid codes; develop standard templates and train sales teams.
