The role requires 5–8 years in technical or sales roles in the industrial/energy sectors, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering.
• 5–8 years in technical or sales roles within industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and business development across assigned countries and market segments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Promote Hitachi Energy portfolio with tailored techno-commercial solutions.
• Maintain robust sales pipeline, forecasts, and market plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, tendering and projects.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and manage tender documentation.
