Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of experience in technical or sales, application engineering, field service, tendering, pricing, or market analysis in industrial/energy sectors.
• Experience in the energy sector with a solid understanding of industry dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical knowledge and negotiation capability.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and business development across assigned market segments and countries within the region.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular engagement and visits.
• Promote Hitachi Energy portfolio and deliver techno-commercial solutions aligned with requirements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasts, and market plans; meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, tendering, and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, manage tender and contract documentation.
