Job summary

Topline Resource Group is seeking an Immigration Production Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for a US-based firm. You will leverage deep knowledge of USCIS filings, case lifecycles, and production coordination to drive on-time submissions and zero missing documents.

Ideal candidates will manage hearings, calendars, and document workflows, while coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and IT to maintain secure, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience at a US immigration law firm (non-negotiable).
• Hands-on knowledge of USCIS filings, case types, and immigration court processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Run daily case workflows and production admin for the attorney and paralegal team.
• Build, maintain, and enforce SOPs for case intake, filing, and follow-up processes.
• Manage hearing trackers, case calendars, attorney scheduling, and file handoffs.
• Monitor case submission pipelines, USCIS mailing lists, and flag RFEs/notices immediately.
• Own SharePoint and Docketwise file systems, organize, audit, and maintain case records.
• Run daily team huddles and keep the production floor on track and accountable.
• Own the entire case journey from intake to final USCIS submission, with zero delays.
