Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks an iCSG Executive to manage international travel, visa and immigration matters, employee mobilization, and admin compliance across global locations.

You will oversee end-to-end visa processes, travel arrangements, and vendor negotiations, while supporting budgeting and reporting to optimize costs. A strong cross-functional coordination capability is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in travel management, visa and immigration, administration, mobility, or corporate services.
• Hands-on experience managing international travel, visa processing, employee mobilization, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, vendor management, and operational reporting.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, embassies, immigration consultants, travel agencies, and other external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration matters across territories.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements including air tickets, hotels, airport transfers, car rentals, and other travel needs.
• Maintain visa/travel trackers, expiry schedules, and country-wise requirements.
• Negotiate with travel agencies, hotels, and transport providers to optimize costs.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and internal management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company travel policies.
• Coordinate mobilization needs, site access passes, and Front Office coordination.
