HOF Global is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join its Immigration team in Lahore, handling end-to-end cases for USA, Canada, and Australia with meticulous documentation.

You will interview clients, prepare filings, manage case files, and coordinate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines; a Law or related degree and strong writing skills are required. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to international immigration matters.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in immigration case management (USA, Canada, or Australia preferred).
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and documentation requirements for at least one major country.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review immigration case files and documentation packages for USA, Canada, and Australia.
• Conduct client interviews to assess eligibility and gather required information.
• Guide clients through documentation and application processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of case files.
• Maintain organized case records and track progress of applications.
• Stay updated with immigration policies across USA, Canada, and Australia.
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
