Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
• Should have knowledge of ATS, scheduling tools, and assessment platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple recruiters and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview pipelines, assessments, and documentation streams at once.
• Ability to work onsite for the shift timings 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for the entire TA team, across multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and time zones.
• Act as the central coordination point for calendars and priorities across the team.
• Own candidate coordination throughout the hiring journey — communication, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate scheduling and administration of candidate assessments and ensure results are shared with recruiters/hiring managers.
• Compile and organize candidate documentation (resumes, assessment results, interview feedback, offer paperwork).
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, including status changes and feedback.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency.
