Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with data mining tools to build high-quality prospect lists.
• Segment leads based on ICPs and personalize outreach campaigns.
• Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using Smartlead and Instantly.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve deliverability.
• Implement A/B testing across subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
• Maintain inbox health: domain warmup, rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT services or staff augmentation preferred.
