Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Focus)

Job Overview

Simply Connect is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven B2B experience who can own and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role is for someone who understands longer sales cycles, lead quality, and pipeline impact. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing B2B paid advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. You will also drive B2B SEO strategy and create and manage email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.

Job Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize B2B paid advertising campaigns on: Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads (strong focus).
• Drive B2B SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, content alignment with buyer intent).
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, outbound support, and lifecycle marketing.
• Develop and schedule social media content tailored to B2B audiences.
• Support and execute content marketing (blogs, landing pages, case studies, ad copy, website content).
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs (CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs), and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals.

Preferred Qualifications
