Job summary

East Hire is seeking a Cold Email & Deliverability Expert to build, manage, and scale high-volume outbound email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cold email infrastructure, inbox placement, and sender reputation to ensure strong deliverability.

Experience with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS, and platform tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo is highly valued, with bonus for Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cold email infrastructure, inbox placement and deliverability.
• Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC, DNS configuration, and sender authentication.
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound campaigns while maintaining deliverability across major providers.

We’re looking for a Cold Email & Deliverability Expert to help us build, manage and scale high-volume outbound email campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cold email infrastructure, inbox placement, sender reputation, domain and IP warming, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, bounce reduction and spam troubleshooting.

You should be comfortable working with platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo or similar tools, and know how to consistently maintain strong deliverability across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and other major providers.

Bonus points for hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially sender authentication, dedicated IPs, IP warming and deliverability optimization.

We’re looking for someone who understands the technical side of deliverability as well as the practical side of running cold outreach at scale.
