Job summary

Poxito is seeking a hands-on Lead Generation & Cold Email Outreach Specialist to own our outreach end-to-end. You’ll build targeted lead lists, verify emails, set up tools, and optimize campaigns with direct collaboration with founders.

You’ll drive outbound demonstrations for our software services and staff augmentation, improve deliverability, and scale personalization using AI-assisted research while maintaining a clear, human touch in communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with cold email outreach.
• Strong lead scraping and list-building skills.
• Understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warming, spam control).
• Experience with outreach tools and CRMs.
• Clear, human English writing.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted lead lists from LinkedIn and procurement tools.
• Validate emails to maintain high deliverability.
• Set up and manage cold email tools and sequences.
• Warm up inboxes and monitor spam health.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for metrics.
• Personalize first lines at scale (manual + AI-assisted).
• Track replies, book meetings, and update CRM/sheets.
• Continuously improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions.

Lead Generation & Cold Email Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist who can own our cold email outreach end-to-end. This is an execution role, not a strategy-only role.

You’ll work directly with the founders and help us consistently generate qualified leads for our software services and staff augmentation offerings.

What You’ll Do

• - Build targeted lead lists (LinkedIn, Apollo, Skrapp, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• - Clean and verify emails to maintain high deliverability
• - Set up and manage cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar)
• - Warm up inboxes and monitor spam health
• - Launch, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns
• - Personalize first lines at scale (manual + AI-assisted)
• - Track replies, book meetings, and update CRM / sheets
• - Continuously improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions

Must-Have Skills

• - Proven experience with cold email outreach
• - Strong lead scraping and list-building skills
• - Understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warming, spam control)
