Job summary

Leap29 is seeking a Maintenance Lead for a 20-week project based in Pakistan. The role focuses on supporting maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of process and packaging machinery to keep equipment reliable and operational during the project.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities, diagnose faults and perform repairs while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working within maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Demonstrable knowledge of process and packaging equipment.
• Previous experience maintaining machinery within a manufacturing, production or processing environment.
• Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Maintenance Engineer or similar position would be advantageous.
• Availability to mobilise to Pakistan ASAP for the 20-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance activities across process and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and/or electrical equipment faults.
• Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Identify equipment issues and work to minimise machinery downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide hands-on technical support when required.
