Job summary

GSK Pakistan is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve production equipment and systems, working closely with production, quality, stores and contractors to keep machines running safely and reliably.

You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, support changeovers and calibration readiness, and use CMMS to plan and record work orders, contributing to reliability and data integrity while growing technically and taking ownership of improvement projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related technical field.
3–5 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Experience with CMMS; calibration and validation support; data integrity.
Willingness to learn PLCs/HMI and other control devices.

Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Support machine changeovers, retooling, calibration and validation readiness.
Use CMMS to plan, execute and close work orders with accurate records.
Identify and support reliability and efficiency improvement projects.
Supervise external contractors and ensure safe working conditions and compliance with site protocols.
