Job summary

Nestlé in Kabirwala, Pakistan, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable, safe operation of plant equipment. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities, drive asset reliability and TPM-based improvements, and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams.

The role requires a B.Sc. Engineering and 1–3 years in maintenance, with TPM experience and team supervision skills. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience, preferably in food/FMCG.
• Experience with TPM/Preventive Maintenance systems.
• Experience supervising a small team.
• Basic project and budget management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned stoppages.
• Lead maintenance team performance, coaching, and safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and technical stores.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards compliance.
• Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors.
